• I'm planning to build a house where do I start?
• Every project begins with a plan or a blueprint. Contact our design center to schedule an appointment to begin your blueprints. If you already have blueprints prepared, please contact our sales department to get started on a material list and cost estimate.


• How much does it cost to have blueprints made?
• Drawing fees are $.47 per square foot on the main floor and $.15 per square foot on the second floor and finished areas of the basement. However, if the building materials are purchased through Century Building Products Inc, then all drawing fees are waived.
